All products are subject to availability. Once an order is placed you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your order. Upon your order being approved and processed for shipment, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number along with confirmation that your order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotions. While we make every effort to only display items that are currently in stock and available to ship there may be instances from time to time where we run out of stock in an item. In these instances your item will be cancelled and a member of our customer service team will notify you. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
Our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. All orders within the domestic US will be shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). All merchandise orders are fulfilled within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Orders received after 1:00 PM PST are shipped the following day. All orders received after 1:00 PM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. We observe all national holidays. The exact shipping cost for your order will be added and displayed at checkout.
Once an order has been placed on our website we are unable to modify or cancel the order for any reason. Please refer to our return policy and return your purchase once you have received your order if you wish to return or exchange an item.

Your Chapter E-Gift Card number can only be used to purchase merchandise on-line at joinchapter.com. More than one gift card can be used towards your purchase. All sales, promotions and discount codes may not be used to purchase E-Gift Cards. All E-Gift Cards are final sale and you will be charged for their full value at checkout. All E-Gift Cards will not be returnable or exchangeable for cash. You may not add value back onto this E-Gift Card, nor redeem it for cash. An E-Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another E-Gift Card.
When you make a purchase on-line at joinchapter.com your E-Gift Card number, the value of your purchase plus any shipping/handling fees and sales tax, if applicable, will be automatically deducted from your E-Gift Card account. You may check any remaining value at checkout and/or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the tendered E-Gift Card will require a credit card for the balance due.
For any returns that have been pre-approved with an RA number, and if you paid with a E-Gift Card, the debited amount will be issued in the form of new E-Gift Card card, enabling you use toward future purchases.
Please safeguard your E-Gift Card number. The bearer is responsible for its loss or theft. Your E-Gift Card will not be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen. Chapter, joinchapter.com and its affiliates are not responsible for lost E-Gift Cards.

PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on our website are quoted in U.S. dollars. While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will consider your order cancelled. Chapter accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

We offer shipping within the domestic United States and limited International. You may choose from a variety of shipping options provided by USPS. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders cannot be shipped COD.
International Shipping cost is paid by the purchaser and is a flat rate depending on the shipping method you chooses. The shipping fee will be adjusted upon checkout based on the destination of your order.
Domestic Shipping: Domestic Shipping is offered via USPS. USPS Domestic Standard Shipping is offered as a free service within the continental US. Express delivery is offered at extra cost to the customer.

International Shipping: International Shipping is offered at a flat rate via USPS.

All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise. If a shipment has been sent but is not received, the receiving party has the responsibility of contacting the shipper. A tracking number will be provided and we will do our best to assist you.

Please note that we have a 14-days return policy. In order to create an easy shopping experience, we have a simple return procedure. When using our return service, you will be refunded in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipping after the 14-day grace period has expired or items are not in the same condition as you received them in.
Please note we are unable to accept returns for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites. We are unable to accommodate merchandise exchanges.
All tags must be fully attached to returned items. All items should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way. End of season sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note that we do not refund original or return shipping charges. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express, which allows you to track your package. We are unable to accept a return COD. Please note that it may take up to ten business days for your refund to be processed.
Request a Return Authorization Confirmation by contacting customer care within 14 days of receiving order by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 646-564-3011.
A Return Authorization Confirmation must be obtained before returning any items. No refunds or web credits will be given on items returned without a Return Authorization Confirmation.
Ship return items to address on Return Authorization Confirmation.
Return packages must be postmarked no later than 30 days from date of original purchase.
The shipper must make claims for packages lost or damaged in transit.
Chapter is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather. Chapter does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Chapter’s sole discretion.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact customer service immediately.
