Please note that we have a 14-days return policy. In order to create an easy shopping experience, we have a simple return procedure. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipping after the 14-day grace period has expired or items are not in the same condition as you received them in.

Please note we are unable to accept returns for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites. We are unable to accommodate merchandise exchanges.

All tags must be fully attached to returned items. All items should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way. End of season sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note that we do not refund original or return shipping charges. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express, which allows you to track your package. We are unable to accept a return COD. Please note that it may take up to ten business days for your refund to be processed.


Request a Return Authorization Confirmation by visiting our returns center:

A Return Authorization Confirmation must be obtained before returning any items. No refunds or web credits will be given on items returned without a Return Authorization Confirmation.

Items may be shipped back to us at our warehouse. Be sure to clearly write your order# on the box, as well as write RETURN so that we know what to do with it.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund 3-4 business days from receipt.

Return packages must be postmarked no later than 30 days from date of original purchase.

The shipper must make claims for packages lost or damaged in transit.

Chapter is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather. Chapter does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Chapter’s sole discretion.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact customer service immediately.

We do not accept exchanges. You must place a new order for the item you are wanting to exchange, and we suggest mailing back the return item in the meantime. If we have the item in stock, we will allow you to return. Goods must be in good condition with all hang tags and must not be worn, washed, or damaged.

Once we receive your original item, we will credit it in the same fashion as above.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund 3-4 business days from receipt.
